Resources for Further Learning

In addition to the exercises in the SolidWorks Study - Parts course, there are many other resources available for further learning and honing your SolidWorks skills. The Agile Tech Academy offers several SolidWorks courses, plus SolidWorks Study courses for Assemblies and Drawings are in development.

If there are particular topics or skills of interest to you, I welcome your requests and suggestions. I will strive to discuss anything you suggest. Although I have many ideas for interesting SolidWorks courses, I often get inspiration from colleagues, students, and forum posts.

Outside of the Agile Tech Academy, the official SolidWorks website is a valuable resource that offers tutorials, webinars, and forums where you can interact with other SolidWorks users.

YouTube is another great resource. On YouTube you can find countless video tutorials on specific SolidWorks techniques and tools.

Additionally, the SolidWorks community (subreddit) on reddit is a great place to ask questions, learn about SolidWorks resources, etc.

Of course, there are many other SolidWorks resources on the internet. For example, Too Tall Toby offers fun challenges focused on speed modeling of parts. If you haven't seen them previously, check out his site:

To deepen your knowledge of SolidWorks, consider joining your local user group and attending SolidWorks conferences. These gatherings provide a great opportunity to network with other SolidWorks professionals, learn new skills, exchange tips and tricks, and stay updated on advancements in the industry.

It's also highly beneficial to regularly use SolidWorks for personal projects or challenges to reinforce your skills and discover new ways to utilize the software. That is why I created this particular course consisting of part modeling exercises.
